While the Ministry of Health affirms that to date there are no confirmed and no suspected cases of the Novel Coronavirus COVID-19 in Vanuatu there is a closer threat within the country’s borders, category five Tropical Cyclone Harold.

COVID-19, a disease caused by a new coronavirus, spreads most easily from close contact with an infected person. Symptoms can include fever, coughing and sneezing, and breathing difficulties.
